I'm not entirely sure whether users are allowed to delete their own threads. If you got your answer, other users may want to ask follow up questions or people may look at the answers given to solve their own issues. I would delete your thread for you if you needed, but it doesn't make sense to delete it after a question is answered.

Yes, Its not possible to delete your own threads, because its only allowed by Forum Moderators.
