Last night we made and upgrade to the forums that included a number of new features.

Social Groups - Now you can start your own groups where members can post messages and photos. These can be public or invite only.

Member Profiles - Now you have your own member profile with a lot more features and the ability to post on each members page (sort of like Facebook's Wall feature).

Tags - When posting a new topic, you can tag your posts.

Friends - On each member profile page you can click to add a member to your "friends" list.

Albums - Within your profile you can create photo albums of whatever you want.

And there we have it! Hope you enjoy the new features!

I just noticed something new and wondered what it meant. Beside several members usernames, I noticed a little +, as demonstrated here:

This was seen on Member Profile, but it also seems to carry over to the "Who's Online" box. Explanation anyone?

EDIT: seconds after this was posted, I realized what it meant. These show who I'm "friends" with. Smart!

Relating to the changes on TAB: I am probably missing something really obvious in the way of links, but will ask the potentially "stupid" question. Has the Arcade been taken down? I was waiting for a download to finish and thought I would pass the time trying to top lonnie on another Arcade "High Score" - sorry lonnie, couldn't resist. Anyway, I couldn't find the Arcade. Am I missing something obvious? I really fear the answer to this - Either I am stupidly blind - and now lonnie will eagerly point it out, or the Arcade is gone, and I will need to do something more productive with my time. I did do a search, but found no discussions on the topic.

I can't find it either!

And I was just about to knock you off your throne again.

I'm afraid the arcade has indeed gotten the boot. There were a lot of issues with the arcade (from a development/server admin stand point) so it made more sense to remove it for now.

If I find a better system, I'll be sure to put it back up.

Sorry guys.
