Help Hotmail and ebay issues

Hi,

I have recently bought my first Mac and I love it but I have had a few fundamental problems with it which is really frustrating.
Firstly, it won't allow me to fully access my hotmail account - it doesn't offer me reply options and also does not allow me to scroll down my messages.
and secondly, on ebay, my access is again very limited, there are many options I am unable to use, such as leaving feedback and looking past the first page of items?

Am I missing something? I don't understand why this is happening and when i use my other lap top these options all work fine.

I assume you are using Safari. Hotmail as well as eBay are compatible with Safari. You could try resetting Safari to see if that fixes it.
