I keep getting bumped out of Mozy's service for two days. Today it looked like it wanted to connect I now get an error of 3C without any guidance. Everything in the sound system seems to be working. The problem appears to be in cable box and getting signal to work. We have our own website and the rest of the computers seem to working well HELP
