All of these were taken in or arond Annapolis, Md where I was stationed for the Navy. I've recently left there, getting married, and late April we are moving to Japan for my continued journey in the Navy. I'm sure I'll have a ton more photos to share once I get over there!

It's hard to believe you only started taking photos last April, those look really great! Finding shots like this seems like 1 in a million to me! Great stuff Ben - hope to see some more real soon!

Thanks for the encouragment, I really appreciate the feedback! haha I didn't have much else to do after the workday on my small navy base so photography was a large part of my free time for quite a few months! (now my fiancee is, but she likes photography to so it works out well!) I hope to post more on here later!

Just wondering: how did you manage to get the one of the seagulls together? Was it pure luck that you caught them or did you wait around for a long time?

Well I work down at a pier with a lot of (navy) boats, and one of the guys is always feeding them. So it wasn't to hard to get a group of them...just threw some bread and hoped for the best.
