Thoughts on Chrome?

Wow! Big progress for Chrome and Google. I used this browser and I must say that it gives an amazing result and Especially I love the main page of the browser which looks cool........

Umm, this thread is actually pretty old, but as you've revived it anyway...

I don't like Google spying on me, at least they do/did that on the Chrome betas. I understand, analytics and bla bla bla, but it's certainly not nice, call me paranoid.
Also, as Safari (on any OS) outperforms Chrome in speed, compatibility and standards compliance, and Firefox (on any OS) and Safari (on a Mac) beat it in plugin/extension/addon availability, I honestly see no reason for me to use it. It is neat and fast, but that's what Safari is, too, and in some way Safari is even better.
