web view prob on iPhone and Safari in macbook

I'm a web developer testing my site on iPhone and Macbook Safari. The design is three columns: two narrow columns on the right and left and a large column in the center. In iPhone the center column is shoved down to the bottom of the screen instead of being directly under our banner. It corrects on refresh. The same thing happens on my bosses MacBook using Safari, but not on mine. Again, it corrects on refresh. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
