On OS X, crap doesn't accumulate like it does on Windows. There is no need for disk cleaning tools to reclaim lost space.

If you're looking to find and clean out large files or find out what's taking up all of the space, try OmniGroup's free OmniDiskSweeper or the open source program Grand Perspective.
