somehow by accident i madeashort video amonth ago of myself listening to music. It even had sound. I sent it to a friend via email. It is on my desktop screen as a quicktime thing. Cannot figure out how I did it or with what. Help!!!

Simplest way is to go into Quicktime and create a New Movie Recording from the File menu.

You could do that. Or you can actually record quick videos in Photo Booth. You can then quickly send them via email with one click or drag the video anywhere you want.
